For all sessions bring Boots and Trainers
All sessions will be designed to fit in with individual strength and conditioning
Players need to complete fitness tests within the first week of pre-season
A venue is yet to be confirmed for Boxing, for these sessions back and forwards will split into two groups
Water will be provided at every session, please bring your own sports drinks / shakes as required. When we are at Merthyr Mawr it is a good idea to bring your own water as well.
